Strawberry Vinaigrette

I made it according to directions, not sure if the coloring is suppose to be so pink (I didn't know how much a 1/2 a pint was so just cut up about 2 cups of strawberries) my first homemade dressing and it is sooo good!!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe called for canned chicken, because I was going by memory I accidentally bought fresh chicken tenders and it was about 2 or 3 oz more than it called for, but it worked out in my favor. After it was cooked, I tore the chicken using a knife and fork so it would have that shredded texture. I did not move it to a slow cooker as it suggested, but allowed it to simmer on low heat or until all shredded cheese was melted. I took it to a party and it was a huge hit! No leftovers! I brought crackers (Club crackers) they worked pretty good :)
