Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This was great. Makes alot. Would make two pizzas next time, I want it thin. Flavoring the crust is also a good idea, will try that next time too. Over all just GREAT.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Slow Cooker Pizza

I put the pepperoni in with the ground beef when I browned it. That seemed to take some of the grease away. This was Excellent! Will make again.

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

I did use my own meatballs...just because they are great! This was wonderful. Everyone had seconds. Mine was not mushy but I used lean beef and baked the meatballs. Maybe that made a diffrence? Thank You

Bacon Chicken II

Excellent. I cooked the bacon first. We loved this receipe. I think that your chicken won't be dry if they are thicker pieces.

Best Ever Meatloaf II

We really liked it. I did change a couple of things. I didn't saute the onions and Green Peppers. We are cutting back on unnessessary fat. I just put them in with the meat. I also added one egg to hold it all together. It was a wonderful change for supper!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have tried several meatloaf receipes and we just loved this one. I did what someone suggested and put the brown sugar mix on top and bottom. It was EXCELLENT!!
