S'more Brownies
These are beyond delicious! People did not stop eating them until the pan was empty. I also increased the marshmallow and graham crackers and cut back on the chocolate and did not put the toppings on until 5 minutes before they were done I thought they were even better the next day after baking. I would cover the brownies after you put the toppings on- it may add a few minutes to the bake time but the toppings will keep from browning.

Tomato Sauce
This sauce was delicious and so simple. I did not think that the called for onion amount was enough for the sauce amount so instead of the 1 tbsp of minced onion I used 1 tbsp of onion powder. I will definitely be keeping this recipe as a go to!

Baked Ziti I
I just made this over the weekend- I followed several of the suggestions in previous reviews (layer of sauce on the bottom, layer of sauce over the ziti before the cheese goes one) these were very helpful tips. I have never added sour cream to baked ziti before so I was unsure how it would blend in by just putting it on the ziti - I decided to mix it into the sauce- this created a creamier sauce (if you prefer this type of sauce I suggest doing it but it can be a bit much with the other cheeses) Also the amount of cheese called for does not seem like a lot but it is probably perfect (I added more then it said and was much to cheesy). It was still good and I will make it again but will stick to the recipe and not make the cheese changes next time and hopefully this post will help keep others from making them too. The one thing that I did change that I really thought made a positive difference is I did a semi homemade spaghetti sauce instead of the jar: the recipe I used is from this website "Tomato Sauce" by EICHORN- it is very simple and delicious.
