Slow Cooker Chicken with Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2013
I am not normally picky, but this didn't have much flavor at all. If I were to try this again, I would add a ton of spice and some veggies.

These need way less flour... If I were to make again I would add some parm or romano, egg, and very minimal flour

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2013
I used a 2.5 lb rump roast since I was only cooking for two.. I used the same amount of mushroom soup and onion soup mix and the amount of sauce was perfect (we like a little more sauce) I also added a few chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Put in the crock for about 8 hours on low... came out great! I served over rice instead of potato or noodles (different, but amazingly good!)

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2013
I love garlic, so I used probably double or triple the amount called for. I let sit in olive oil on stove for a few minutes.... mixed shredded cheddar with italian breadcrumbs... topped with more cheese once coated... came out great

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2013
Absolutely Amazing! I used pretty big sized filets (toward the .85-1 mark) so I definitely doubled the crab filling (even though I only made two steaks) Also- I forgot to add the dijon mayo at the end, and it still turned out great! This is time consuming, so set aside about 2-230 hours to get everything ready (veggies, potato, etc)

Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
these were delicious! I have been eating them without a bun, and they are great! I had to double the amount of breadcrumbs, because mine were too moist to turn. Will make again and again!

Playgroup Granola Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2013
I am giving 5 stars because I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY at the grocery store every week on granola bars for breakfast, and this is such a great base to what I normally buy! I didn't add any fruits, and I definitely will, next time.
