Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
Only change I made was to add olive oil to the marinade (about equal parts vinegar and oil) so it wouldn't stick to the grill. Agree with previous reviewer and would make two batches of the marinade next time so we could use one as a sauce. Raves from all around the table!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2009
Very tasty, the coating got a bit soggy so I might try to bake on a rack next time. The only thing I would add is that I used a pastry blender to combine the bread crumb mixture so that the onions were smaller and more uniform in size.

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
The taste is delicious, plus they went through the cookie press perfectly. I mean, perfectly. I used room temperature unsalted butter, and put the dough through the press right away.

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
Good recipe, nice change from yellow mustard and sweet relish. Only 4 stars because I added a lot less of the onion (I only had powder on hand) and it was fine but would have been overwhelming with the full amount.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I know the crust is only part of the pizza equation, but this was so blah it actually detracted from the toppings. I wasn't looking for foccacia so I didn't add all the seasonings as other reviewers suggested, but I'm sure they would have helped.
