Very good. Like others, I skipped the onions and did 1/2 ground beef, 1/2 sweet Italian sausage, then as I fried them up, I doctored with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. I used Ragu jarred spaghetti. Like others, I also mixed up the sauce with the ziti for more coverage so no need to butter the bottom of the pan. Used low fat sour cream sparingly and that was fine. I actually put a bit too much cheese (WHAT?! Is that possible?) so next time I'll use a bit less of the cheese. I volunteer to help feed the homeless downtown, and this would be an easy, inexpensive dish to feed the hordes with some adjustments in quantity.
