I made this on Sunday and it was fantastic! Full of veggies, pasta, and beans! So healthy! I used low sodium chicken broth, and cannelinni beans (sp?), and probably 3 cups of water to get more broth, and cooked the pasta in the soup. It was delicious. Will definitely be made once a month - it makes A TON!

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Great soup! Wasn't sure how necessary the cornstarch and water are, but I added them. I thought it was a very salty soup, so next time I'd either get a few cans of low sodium chicken broth or cut back on the salt added.

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

I made this a few nights ago and we both loved it. Have to admit - didn't use the sage or lemon peel, but we used Italian Bread Crumbs and it was still SUPER delicious. Definitely will be making this again.

Chicken Curry I

I made this for dinner last night and both my husband and I really enjoyed it. Next time I'd put in maybe 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon - maybe 3/4 but not the entire teaspoon. It wasn't too overpowering, but I wish that spice would've fell a bit more to the background. I will definitely make again - it was delicious served over coconut rice!

Lebanese Lemon Salad Dressing

I made this tonight for dinner and absolutely loved it. I actually put in an extra clove of garlic to really make my tounge burn. This is a great dressing for a delicious summer salad!

Lentil and Green Collard Soup

I was not a fan of the cinnamon. The lemon juice cut the cinnamon a little, but not enough for my taste. Will not make again.

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This was a very good dish - my roommate and fiance loved it! Next time I would cut back a little on the vinegar and also on the rosemary - those two were a little overpowering. But I will definitely make this again!

Wendy's Quick Pasta and Lentils

I thought this was very bland and was very disappointed. I thought if I used enough spices it would've been better - but I'm not sure a whole bottle of spices would help. I used the 29oz can of crushed tomatos, etc. whatever other reviews have said and still didn't taste good.

T's Easy Chicken

Super good and super easy! I ate my left overs today and they were just as good. I also cubed the chicken and I think next time I may add a few more diced tomatoes for more sauce to go with the pasta I served on. Will FOR SURE make again! :)

Tomato Pork Chops I

I thought this recipe was excellent. I served with rice, the sauce and rice go very well together. I used bone-in pork chops, next time I'll use boneless! But very good and I plan on making again!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

I made this the other night for my boyfriend and I - we LOVED it! We also put a little bit of sour cream on top. The leftovers are just as good as when it is freshly made. I can't wait to make it again!! :-)
