Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
I was very disapointed in this recipe, After reading all the rave reviews. I thought my coffee cake was EXTREMELY BLAND! I used fresh sugared berries and even added and extra tsp of vanilla. I have had better coffee cake from a box. I am going to give it another try and I will try it again as the recipe is written with no modifications from reviews and will update soon!

This is a creative side dish, but wayyyyyy to MESSY! not worth it, My mashed potatoes are very creamy and with that style potatoes to work with this did not work at all. Will not make again.

Did not care for the mix of lemon and seasonings, I will stick to the basic steamed broccoli with seasoning salt and pepper!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
Yum! This dish is so easy and delicious! Definitly refridgerate for at LEAST 5 hours prior to serving to get the gramcrackers soft! I used my own homemade whipped topping instead of cool whip and i used french vanilla pudding mix, because that is what i has on hand!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
The title says it all! I did not boil my noodles like others suggested, I put my noddles in a pan of hot water and let sit for about 20 minutes while i was prepping the sauce. I simmerd the sauce for only about 25 minutes on top of the stove and it was still great. I let the lasagna sit in the fridge overnight to let the flavors blend. It was soooo good!

Really Yummy and soft cookies! If your cookies fall flat, next time put the batter in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes then scoop and bake.

Egg and Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
I give this recipe 5 Stars with these Modifications, I used Real Crumbled bacon bits instead of cooking bacon, Its easier. Next i used only 5 eggs.(I was not sure how it was going to turn out due to mixed reviews did not want to waste food!) I used 3oz of Jalepenos instead of green chile's. This makes it have a REAL Kick! I also used 1 Cup of flour. I added pepper to taste, Cut out the Butter and Salt all together. I also added diced ham. I cooked in a Muffin pan that was greased pretty well! I let the batter sit in the fridge about 10 minutes and then baked. No need to let it sit over night. I baked at 325* ( i use dark pans) for about 25 minutes and they were PERFECT! No sticking at all! My husband says this is a must have weekly! Also NOTE: With the modifications i made it made 10 Muffins. So adjust accordingly if making a larger batch.

I have made this recipe multiple times! It's so easy! Great for Summer BBQ or Bridal Showers! You can add any veggies you wish but make sure all veggies are dry or this will get soggy!
