Spring Lime Tea Cookies
My mom loved loved loved this recipe which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 3, but she thought there should be a stronger lime flavor. I thought the cookie was average. There was probably too much butter (I followed the recipe exactly, except for when making the glaze). I can't point out an exact reason but these cookies weren't amazing, and lacked a distinctive lime flavor However, when I made the glaze I was sooo surprised how good it was. I started out following the recipe but ended up adding a lot more sugar (I used powdered sugar) until the color was almost opaque white. The lime flavor was still there though. The glaze really completed the cookie, so if you are looking to cut calories do it somewhere on the cookie, not on the glaze. I don't have much experience with glaze so I wasn't sure if this one would harden but in the end it did, and I stacked them and wrapped them up for a bake sale. I think I would be okay to use granulated sugar instead of powdered since the sugar would dissolve anyways but I can't be sure since like I said I don't have much experience with glaze.

Double Chocolate Biscotti
Baked this for a bake sale at our school, and it was a easy recipe to follow. I got confused when the recipe said to roll it into a lot but I watched the video for another biscotti recipe and just rolled it out like that. I baked it a little shorter for the first bake since my

Blueberry Muffins II
Pretty good, halved the recipe and followed it exactly. Not too sweet, decently fluffy, and really easy to make. The recipe gave a good proportion of blueberries too. First time I used a recipe without changing anything! However, next time I make this I would probably cut out some of the sugar to save calories. And anyways, it doesn't have to be as sweet. I'm trying to appreciate the natural flavor of foods without so many extra things being added in; it would be better to let the real blueberry flavor shine through! The batter was quite thick, but I didn't do anything about it and just poured it in to very well greased muffin pans. They didn't stick much when I popped them out with a fork. I halved the recipe but I only got 6 muffins out of them when I was supposed to get 9, so make sure to make smaller muffins or otherwise adjust the calorie info
