Made this tonight! I followed the recipe with just a few changes. I didn't use a whole pound of sausage because it was just myself and my husband and I'm not a sausage lover..also, when I cook, I usually don't measure out the onion or garlic, or spices..just add to taste. Followed others suggestions and used diced tomatoes and half and half. I also added some basil, and I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried. I added a bit of flour to thicken the sauce a little. It came out really good, although a bit too spicy for me, but good enough for my husband (who doesn't like creamy too often) to go back for seconds!:)
