Barley Bake

Yummy yum yum! My husband said, "I don't know what this is, but I like it!" Me too! I did use beef broth and slivered almonds instead of veg broth and pine nuts.

Southwestern Spaghetti Squash

Delicious flavor and texture combination. I also added 1 roasted poblano and used 1 can of Rotel instead of fresh tomatoes. YUM! I ate all the leftovers myself, before anyone else could get to them!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

I think these are perfect w/ only minor adjustments. Increase the sauce (if you like it saucy, like I do) & add soft bread crumbs to the meat mixture. Otherwise, don't change a thing. DELICIOUS!! A very traditional cabbage roll!

Ham Salad Spread

Delish! My mom made this & followed the recipe exactly (as far as the very small amounts of relish, etc), but she did sub green onion for the onion. I wasn't sure how I'd like it, but I must say I will definitely be making it. Great on Ritz! My husband gobbled it up, so I wasn't able to eat as much as I wanted to!
