Blueberry 'S' Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2014
This was amazing! The crust and crumble on top were delicious! I used four cups of fresh blueberries with about 2 T. of sugar and 1 T. of flour. I will definitely be making this again!

True Blue Custard Crunch Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2014
This was delicious! What it lacked in presentation, it certainly made up for in taste! I made it for friends and everyone raved about it. A definite keeper!

Shrimp with Broccoli in Garlic Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2014
This was pretty good. Most of my family liked it. I will add bamboo shoots and baby corn next time.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2013
These cookies have good flavor, but they went totally flat, and they are too buttery. My fingers were all greasy after picking up one cookie. I think I might tweak the recipe a little next time.

Cheesy Creamed Spinach

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2013
This was delicious! My kids didn't care for it, but my husband and I loved it! I only changed the recipe slightly, as per other reviewers' suggestions - I only used 2 T. butter, 1 c. heavy cream, I added a dash of nutmeg, and I used a blend of mozzarella and Parmesan because I didn't have provolone. I will definitely be making this again!

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2012
My family liked this a lot. I cut four boneless skinless chicken breasts into small pieces and boiled them in chicken broth. I added in half a bag of frozen mixed veggies when I was boiling the chicken. This is a quick meal that I'll definitely make again.

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Reviewed: May 3, 2012
These are quite possibly the best cookies I've ever made. They are delicious right out of the oven. A little bit crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Like some reviewers, I added 1 T. vanilla, plus I used Crisco instead of butter. I baked heaping tablespoonfuls of cookie dough for 9 minutes and they are perfect. Will definitely make these again.

Creamy Baked Ziti

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
My whole family loved this, even my three picky kids! My husband said it tasted like a restaurant quality meal. The only thing I did differently was mixed the sour cream in with all the other ingredients rather than layer it. I also added about a dozen quartered meatballs. This is definitely a keeper!

Pumpkin Black Bean Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
I'll give this recipe two stars for an interesting flavor, but no one in my family liked it. I definitely won't make this again.

Corn Casserole III

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2007
This was good, but my family wasn't wow'd by this recipe. I cut the butter in half and added an egg like many reviewers suggested. It was kind of gooey and mushy. I think maybe next time I would skip the sour cream, or at least use less of it.
