This was absolutely the best scampi i've ever made! The dijon gave it just that perfect amount of zing i'd been looking for in other recipes. I'm not a big mustard person, but you'd never know it was in there unless you were told, dont let it deter you!

Rigatoni Pasta with Chorizo

it was good. hubby and kids liked it more than i did, but i'm not a big fan of milk based sauces. i'll probably make it again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Wow! I've tried numerous recipes for dinner rolls and they've always come out like bricks, but these were great! Crusty outside, moist inside. Total hit! Will make again and again!

Chicken Penne Italiano

I followed the recipe as is, but used dehydrated onion and pepper. This was good but i'd probably go a bit heavier on the spices, garlic and onion next time. It was very quick and easy and with a few of my own tweaks next time, i think it will come out better. I'll keep this handy for nights i need something quick.

Holiday ONLY Mashed Potatoes

I made these for Christmas and I wasn't really impressed. They were good, but it didn't taste much different than my normal, lower fat, potatoes.

Italian Style Flounder

This was pretty good. I only cooked it for 20 minutes or else it would have been overdone. I went a little easier on the garlic and basil as it seemed like a lot for just 2 pieces. Next time I'll try the recommended amounts.
