I made this bread without a bread machine. Some tips, proof your yeast (warm water, sugar and yeast get mixed together and let set for about 5 mins.) Mix everything else together while you are waiting, reserving some of the all-purpose flour for kneading (about a 1/4 cup). Than pour the proofed yeast in with the dry ingredients and mix. Knead for about 10 mins. Continue recipe as directed.
This bread is amazing. I used all fresh herbs grinding them in my coffee grinder and I added fresh garlic! This bread is going to have so many savory uses in my kitchen! Very versatile for a herbed bread!
