Chicken Broccoli Ca - Unieng's Style

Love it, my family requests it and I make it for guests and they are blown away. I have added beef and shrimp and made it more of a "happy family" and added more veggies...its a great recipe that is better than some chinese restaurants...10 stars!

These we awesome...the fact that I had everything in my kitchen already and they turned out AWESOME I will most definitely be keeping this recipe! My 4.5 year old son ate a whole huge pancake..I could barely finish mine!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

My dad who makes his famous pumpkin bars that everyone loves actually likes this recipe better than his own...he requests this at least once a month...I add little mini chocolate chips once in a while just for a little change...great recipe that I will keep forever!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Made this for thanksgiving and had a horrible time! because I wanted to eat it all myself!!! It was AMAZING and so incredibly easy to make...seriously. I thought it would be hard but I want to make this all the time...it is soooo good and it was GONE!

Cabbage Rolls II

I guess I am a little bias, there is a restraunt here in Minneapolis that is famous for its cabbage rolls and I am on a quest to find a recipe like they have...these were good but kind of bland to my palate.

They were ok...I think next time I will make smaller ones because when I made them they just didn't have the flavour that I was seeking? They were good and I will make them again but with a little tweek here and there.

Very good! I had a little trouble with the phyllo dough but in the end it turned out amazing! And just for those of you out there wondering...the dough doesn't have to be perfect! Mine was all kinds of crazy and it still came out beautiful!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

My family is a bit ....how do I say this nicely? Anyways I told them a little white lie and said I got this from a friend who is a chef in NYC and they thought it was the best stuffing ever! Everyone wanted the recipe...my husband and I laughed. It is that good though!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I make this with boneless skinless thighs and when they are done I throw them on the grill for a few minutes...WOW my 4.5 year old even ate 3! he told me it was his most favorite chicken and so did my husband, we bought the mega pack of thighs and they were all gone but 1...AMAZING!

Oh My Gosh! I seriously savored every bite and my husband was just as bad...I am usually not a person who will sit and make MMMM noises but that is how great this was...I am so making this again and again but not to often so it doesn't lose its mmmmm apeal
