Original Irish Cream

The other raters are correct - as is, it is too strong. I made it twice. The 2nd time I used 1.5 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup half and half (same amt of Jameson Irish whiskey). I also only used a scant 1/8 teas of almond extract. Still plenty strong enough, and over ice... yummmm!

Broiled Parmesan-Lemon Tilapia

Based on all the 5 star ratings, I made this last night for company without testing it first and everyone loved it!! Delish. Based on another's suggestion, I made the sazon spice: 1 tsp each of: salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, cumin, corriander (I crushed the seeds). Definitely a keeper!

Cheese Fondue

I made this for New Years Eve and it was fabulous!! Easy to make too. I used french bread, mushrooms, red and orange peppers.. and the cheese coated everything perfectly. Yum!
