Concord Grape Jelly
I too was confused as another reviewer about the amount of pectin. The recipe says 6 oz while the video says 3 oz. I searched for other grape jelly recipes and found that most were saying 1 pouch (85 ml) of liquid pectin to 4 cups grape juice. I put in 1 pouch and a half of another pouch for good measure. It came out fairly firm. So next time I will use 1 pouch of liquid pectin, which is about 3 oz. I also cut the sugar down to 6 cups. The jelly is still quite sweet but all around I am happy with the way it turned out.

German Spaetzle Dumplings
I have never heard of Spaetzle before I just happen to come upon it looking for another recipe. When I saw the pictures of it, it looked so good I had to try it. I didn't have nutmeg so I made it without it, and added bacon as suggested. I really enjoyed it! I think this will be my new comfort food. Next time I will l try it with the nutmeg. Thanks for the recipe!

French Pastry Pie Crust
Loved this! At first I was concerned I wouldn't be able to roll it out properly because it was so sticky but after being put in the fridge it was like a different dough. It was wonderful to work with and baked up light and flaky. This recipe is a definite keeper!
