I consider myself a "cook" and not a chef! I use cans and prepared sauces but I can put togther a pretty good meal. I guess I would call me a "semi-stratch" cook. I don't use pre processed "meal helpers"

Don't even ask me to bake.! Once I made some cookies that came out so hard that when my friend threw one out of a third story window it didn't break!!! Luckily, no one was below!
