Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

I found this recipe too bland for my taste. A friend I served it to loved it. But I found it had little flavour. I will attempt this recipe again but with more goat cheese and maybe some more spices or additional ingredients.

Chicken Enchiladas II

The recipe is great but in the future I would but more stuffing ingredients. I only filled up 3 10 inch tortillas with the ingredient measurements provided, and it didn't even fill them fully. A very tasty recipe.

Party Lemonade

Excellent recipe. I make it for every party in the summer. The only thing I do differently is that I follow the recipe exactly as is, pour it in the lemonade stand, and add a LOT more water than the recipe says. Maybe it's because I'm so great at mashing the lemons, more juice comes out and it's more concentrated? I dunno. But MORE water with my lemons.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

I loved it. I made it for a pool party and substituted the lasagna noodles for shells because I needed smaller portions. A lot of the people complimented the dish and at the end of the night, nothing was left.

Buttermilk Coleslaw

I simply loved it. I made other coleslaw dishes, and this is my favourite. However, I served it at BBQ's and people ate it, but not as much as other dishes. Maybe coleslaw isn't a BBQ favourite? It is to me, but apparently not everyone is a fan.

Moroccan Chicken

I thought it was just OK. It's a decent meal for home, but I would not make this for a dinner party. I can't make any recommendations because it wasn't bad, but I simply didn't find it too different from the average meal that I make on a regular basis.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

My friend raved about it to me and forwarded me the recipe. It's good. My husband goes crazy for it. I would make again, but it's not a dish that WOWs a dinner party. I made it for 2 dining occasions and both times other dishes were the highlight of the night. But it is a good recipe for an at home meal.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Very good salsa. I made it on a few occasions. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because whenever I make it for a party, other dishes seem to disappear faster, which makes me think that other's aren't loving it as much as me and my husband. I actually think the recipe gets more flavourful on day 3. Would make again but in half the quantity.

Seafood Lasagna II

Great recipe. When making this recipe the only thing that I left out was the bay scallops simply because I didn't know if my guests would like so much seafood in one lasagna. I took the advice of others and I did substitute imitation crabmeat with real crabmeat. Everyone loved it. Even my husband who hates seafood dishes. Some people wrote that they did not like it reheated. I disagree with that, I had leftovers for lunch and it was delicious.

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Peppers

Great recipe. I did not change a thing. Family and friends loved it. One suggestion for anyone making this is to put the peppers in 4.5 hours into cooking. Putting them at the beginning makes the peppers break up in the cooking process and all you're left with is the skin. The recipe still tasted great, but I would just change that for myself in the future.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

They really are To Die For. I made them once exactly as the recipe stated and I have been making them regularly since, changing the fruit once a while from blueberry to raspberry. Sometimes I use frozen fruit and the recipe works well on those too. My picky eater eats them every time I make them. Great school snack. Extremely easy and fast to make.
