Very good. Made this recipe with no alterations. Very good stuff. Will be making again...and again...and again!! Thankfully, we have a peach tree in our front yard! Woohoo!

Fluffy Pancakes

Really good. Added vanilla, didn't put in the butter. Really fluffy, light, and very tasty. I think I found my go to recipe for pancakes. Thanks so much!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2007
I'm a vegetarian but my husband isn't. I made this for him one night, about a month or so before Thanksgiving...he loved it! My husband doesn't really enjoy anything I try to make for him but he really liked this. He wanted me to make the turkey this year but that responsibility went to my sister! I'm making this again right now with every confidence that it will come out great! First time turkey maker too! Thanks again!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2008
Very good! I will make these again! I followed a bunch of different suggestions. I'm glad I found an alternative to the store bought veggie burgers. Those get waaay pricey! Thanks so much!!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: May 27, 2006
I love these potatoes! I probably double the amount of butter and usually skip the pepper and salt, but these potatoes come out great EVERY TIME! My mom LOVES this recipe too! Thanks so much!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
Let me say, I don't like broccoli. A few months ago my in-laws brought over some broccoli salad. I was soooo hungry one day I had some. I tolerated it. So I thought I'd test out my taste buds again with this recipe. LOVED IT! I'm a vegetarian, so I omitted the bacon. I thought about imitation bacon bits but haven't tried it yet. I also used red grapes instead of raisins, as suggested! YUM!

Old Bay® Grilled Lime Tuna Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
My husband loved this recipe! He was so excited about it. We love tuna steak, so it was great to find a recipe that actually tastes great! I thought it was a bit too salty, but if the hubby likes it...must be good!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
My cousin gave me this recipe and I love it! She doesn't remember where she got it from, but it's this recipe almost to the T. The only thing different is her recipe only uses 1 cup of sour cream. That's the only difference. It's always the first thing to go at a party. I love it! Yum!

Best Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
I saw a similar recipe that I had made 1 week prior to trying this one. After reading the reviews I wanted to give another go at it. It came out SOOOO much better than the first attempt. Thanks for all the advice! Great recipe. Gonna make this one a lot! I just beat the heck out of the butter and then added the sugar gradually. I stirred the flour/milk mixture like crazy so there was no lumping (best to add flour and milk before heating up and mixing so there are no lumps to start with). I just really whipped this sucker and it paid off. I may have whipped it too much but it was still great! Thanks!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This was by far the best cheesecake that I've ever made. It cracked, but I didn't care. Who cares, when it tastes sooo good! I did everything by the book and it cracked, but I will try a few tricks. I didn't have time to read everyone's reviews before making it, so I will try the tips given. Definitely wait to eat it. It tastes sooo much better the next day. Texture is perfect, tastes yummy, soo good! Thanks!

Grilled Tuna Teriyaki

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2005
This is an awesome recipe. Had a small party and made only 2 tuna steaks. Everyone ate both of them so quickly! It was soooo good! Great grilled, but also steamed it. Came out great! Definetly use LIGHT soy sauce, as this recipe is a little bit salty. Still great though! Thanks!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Excellent! Soooo goood! Not a soup fan, but loved this. I won't add as much pepper next time, but other than that...still darn good. 5 stars good. I didn't add celery because I don't like it, but it was still great!

Stuffy

This is a slammin' sub. I know it's been mentioned, but we first had this at Capriotti's. The Bobbie is AWESOME!!! We've been making our own "Bobbie's" for the past 2 weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, and now with more leftovers...we will be making more. Definitely must try this sub!

The only problem with this recipe is there isn't enough! So good. I bought tons of lentils, so this will be in the house for a while.

Chocolate Trifle

I added strawberries to this and OH BOY! It was fantastic. I don't think I would have liked it as much without the strawberries though. I also used whipping cream....soooo good! This is definitely for chocolate lovers!

Carrot Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
So right now I'm going to give this a 4. I may have to change it to a 5 when I try it again...I hope so! I didn't have celery so I just took it out, which I have a feeling was a big mistake. I'm not a big celery fan though, so we'll see. I also only had Kellogg's crumbs. They were really good, but missing something. I'm not sure if the celery taste, for me, will make it a 5. I bought it anyway though, and real corn flakes, this time. Will make again soon!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2010
This was good, but I don't know about 5 stars good. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it tasted like something was missing. I can't put my finger on it though. Texture is good, enjoyable to eat, but I may or may not make this again. Thanks for the recipe though! I thoroughly enjoyed making it.
