Asian Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2012
This was good! Better then I thought it would be. It kind of tastes like the Chinese Chicken Salad you buy at Costco. I made it again and the 2nd time I added sliced almonds and crunchy noodles, not cooked ones. Kind of like they have in the Costco salad.

This was good. You couldn't even tell there was any zucchini in them. I didn't tell my kids and they loved them.

Zucchini Herb Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2012
I really liked this recipe. Lots of flavor. I think next time I am going to double the rice. There wasn't much in there. I think it's more like 4 servings, so double if you want more.

Artichoke Pasta Salad

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
It was okay. Very plain, probably won't make it again. I think it needs onion powder or some other spices. I like the idea of maybe Italian dressing like somebody else suggested.

This was okay. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It looked pretty until I put the pudding on top.

These were okay. A lot of work and messy. I couldn't get the melted chocolate on right. They tasted better then they looked. I probably won't make them again.

Smilejenna's Lumpia Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
Sorry, but we didn't really like this. It didn't taste like most lumpia sauce I have had. It was really sweet. We love garlic too, but it seemed like 2 tbsp. was a little to much.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
These are good. The 2nd time I added chocolate chips too. I think I am going to try using applesauce instead of shortening. I usually do that when I recipe calls for oil. I'm not sure how they would turn out in this recipe. I am going to try.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
Yum! This was really good. I liked the flavor. I tried it again with just ground beef and then used cottage cheese like I do with my other recipes.. instead of ricotta. (Didn't have any). It was great like that too!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
These are so good!! I have been using this recipe for a long time. My kids don't like the hot sauce so I make some without it. I also use this recipe and make the breading for chicken fried steak.. Yum! The mixure stays on by double breading it and putting it in the fridge so it stays cold. Just get cube steak and bread it with the mixture (without hot sauce and butter) and then fry on each side. Serve plain or with gravy on top.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
These were just okay. I like the peanut butter flavor in them. I don't know if the oats dried them out or what. They weren't as chewy and moist as other cookies. I probably won't make them again. Award Winning chocolate chip cookies on here tasted better.

Seasoned Couscous

I thought this was good. It tasted like the box one to me. I did add a little more water because others said it was a little dry. This made a lot for my family of 4. We had leftovers.
