Waikiki-Style Meatballs
*DROOL* These were AMAZING. I used two 1.5 lb bags of frozen meatballs, doubled the measurements for all other ingredients, and set the slow cooker for 4 hours on high. I'm sure fresh meatballs can be cooked on low but I wanted to play it safe since I was using frozen and they were absolutely perfect.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I added some of the tomato soup mixture to the ground beef/rice/cheese mixture before stuffing and baked for about 45 minutes. Perfect!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Absolutely delicious! I made mine as one LARGE loaf in a 9x5 pan and baked for 1 hour and 20 min at 350. I should have cooked longer because the middle was a little wet, but that was my fault and should have stuck to the tried-and-true toothpick trick. Really great recipe.
