Moo Goo Gai Pan II

It came out a little dry. I even doubled the sauce and it still wasn't as much as normal Chinese take out. Suggest at least doubling if not tripling the sauce. Suggest using a zester or something on the ginger. Tried to do it with a knife and couldn't get it fine enough. Ended up having some very gingery bites. I did the brown sauce by using soy sauce instead of the white wine, plus adding a dash of sherry. The flavor was good.

Black Bean Vegetable Soup

We loved this soup!! Followed the recipe almost to a T except for - used 2 cloves of garlic, almost a full tablespoon of chili powder and mexi-corn instead of regular. I love finding a quick, easy to make soup!! Plus it has a lot of flavor without having a ton of calories & fat :D

Zucchini Parmigiana

We thought this was great, my husband especially loved it! Made it pretty much following the recipe other than the eggs. As another person said I just used a couple of eggs for the breading and then 3 for the cheese mixture. I also used my preferred brand of bottled spaghetti sauce. It does take some time but it was well worth it!
