Polish Cabbage Noodles
THis wasn't too bad. I think I shredded the cabbage too small, losing something in terms of texture. But I liked it. Next time I would halve the recipe, it was A LOT.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
I liked this recipe but I wasn't blown away or anything. My son, who is very picky, just loved it! I put a lot more ham in, maybe even doubled it and I cooked it on low for about 7-8 hours. It's an easy dinner to throw in the crockpot and have ready at the end of the day!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This was good but a little bland for my taste. I'll make it again but as others recommended, I'll add some ingredients to perk up the taste.

Pile it into a tomato half, load it into a wrap, or spread it on bread. Chicken salad does it all.
