This is one of the best tomato soup recipes I have used. It was so easy! I do not have a mill, so I blended the mixutre and then ran it through a mesh strainer...turned out great! I used canned tomato's. I even added a little half/half to make it creamier.

Simple Country Ribs

This was the first time I have ever attempted ribs. These were so simple and AWESOME! The meat was very tender - as well as tasty. They taste like something you would order in a B-Que resturant.

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

I made this for my mother's 59th birthday.....it was a hugh hit! Everyone loved it! The only thing I changed was that I used fresh whip cream instead of store bought and spread the remaining over the top for garnishment. I would use this one again.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake

This recipe was awesome! My husband requested a Snickers cake for his birthday. He loved this one, infact my whole family loved it. I changed it just a little by using a chocolate cake mix and peanuts, and the results were great.
