Butternut Squash Soup

I reduced the cream cheese to 3 oz. and tripled the cayenne pepper. I also added a dash of orange juice.

I substituted double the amount of Worcestershire sauce. It still needed more black pepper. It also needed a bit of flour to thicken. It was okay.

Red Lentil Curry

This recipe is great! I left out the curry paste and chili powder so it isn't that spicy. I haven't even served it yet, and I've sampled it so many times because it was so good. For the tomato puree though, I put in one of those little cans of tomato paste and added about a 1/4 cup of water.
