This is sooo good I just ate dinner and had to write a review! I used 3lbs chicken thighs, (big family) doubled the spices. No cayenne pepper so i put 1tsp of chili powder. Used a 28oz can of crushed tomatoes, 2 cups of whipping cream 1 cup of 2% milk. Sautee onions and garlic, then added a few tbsp of tomato paste. Didn't use butter at all because didn't have any (olive oil instead). Add spices to carmelized onion and sautee a few min., add raw chicken and cook everything together 5-10 min. Add crushed tomato, cream/milk and simmer on low an hour. WAS SOO GOOD with basmati rice. Try it.
