Cranberry Scones

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2011
Very easy to make and tastes wonderful. Scones are a bit sticky from my experiences, so that wasn't a surprise to me. My entire family loved it and it's a way for me o use cranberries.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
Loved these cookies. I added just a half teaspoon more ginger because I like it so much. I sprinkled the 2 teaspoons of sugar over the very sticky dough and scooped instead of rolling into balls.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2012
Very fluffy and versatile recipe. My family loves how fluffy these pancakes are. We've also tried the recipe using chocolate chips, strawberries, blueberries and pumpkin. All of them were good.
