I have made this several times now. First at Christmastime, then twice again during the winter, and once just last week for my daughter's middle school Greek Fest. We all love this recipe so much that I volunteered to make it when the requests came home from the school for contributions to the Greek Fest. I had no idea the teacher would be sending home another recipe to use. This other recipe called for corn syrup and some other yucky ingredients, so I rebelled and used this recipe again. I wrote it down on a note to the teacher and listed the ingredients in case of any food allergies. She wrote back to say that it was so much better than hers and she was thrilled to receive the recipe, plus she would be returning my pan in a few days since she was taking home the rest to let her family have some! Thanks for submitting this, it is so awesome. By the way, I've used Splenda for the sugar and Pam for the butter and its just as good, and so much easier!
