Savory Vegetable Beef Stew
Like another reviewer I did not add the salt. The stew was plenty salty with out it. I also used a 1/4 cup of cornstarch to thicken with 1/4 cup water. I also added red, green and yellow peppers and 1/2 cup of chopped celery. Instead of putting the stew on the stove I put in the over at 300 degrees for 2.5 hours. It was delicious.
