Grandma Johnson's Scones

These are the best scones I've ever tasted. So moist and easy to prepare. I used the food processor and they turned out beautiful and tender. Just be careful not to over mix.

Chinese Cold Pasta Salad

What really makes this salad is a wedge of lime. Squeeze it over each portion just before eating and it gives it that little zip that many other reviewers thought was missing.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Nany's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

This didn't taste how I expected but was delicious. What others said about the mayonaise flavor really coming through was true. I will use about 1/2 cup next time. I also crushed potato chips on top since I was out of crackers.

These cookies are amazing. So easy and yet so good. They look pretty too. I also added extra ginger and a little pumpkin pie spice. Delicious!

Cowboy Cookies III

These cookies are the best. I added raisins and butterscotch chips along with the chocolate. I cooked them about 9 min. They looked soft in the middle but once they cooled were perfectly chewy. I think this is my favorite cookie recipe yet!

Grilled Salmon I

I put a clove of fresh garlic in the marinade along with some regular pepper. Then just added the fish. So delicious. Probably the best salmon I've ever eaten. I'll definately make this again. Perfect for company.

Cheese Cake Cups

These were awesome and easy. I added about 1tsp of lemon zest to the cheese mixture. I made a recipe for graham cracker crust which I divided evenly and pressed into the 24 cups. It was the perfect amount. They tasted best after a couple days.
