Stringy Macaroni

We loved this dish. I used a can of petite diced tomatoes and it turned out great. Wouldn't change a thing!

This is the best Banana Bread I have ever had. I added 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon per other suggestions. I didn't have loaf pans so I used an 8 x 11.5 pan & baked it for about 35 minutes. I will definitely be making this again.

Restaurant-Style Chicken Scampi

This was better than Olive Gardens. I cut the spaghetti in half per other suggestions and it was great. I couldn't find the Four Cheese Alfredo sauce so I used one 16 oz. jar of Classic Alfredo instead & it was great.
