Capers and Halibut

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
This was amazing! My husband and I made this together and had a great time, mostly because it was so quick and easy! We used tilapia because we had that on hand, cut out some of the butter and added a little bit of lemon juice but otherwise stuck to the recipe. And what an amazing dinner it turned out to be!

Authentic and Easy Shrimp Curry

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
I have made this 3 times now and every time it gets better and better. This truly is an easy recipe which is a good thing since I had never cooked Indian before! Each time I've made this I noticed I put more and more spice in it, and the flavor gets more and more amazing! I've also added a dollop of plain greek yogurt at the end to make the sauce a bit thicker which gave it a nice tang! This is definitely a keeper!

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
This recipe is not only easy but so delicious! I have made this several times now, slightly changing the recipe each time, and regardless of the changes it always comes out amazing! The cinnamon adds such a great flavor that keeps people guessing, and last time I put 2 Tsp instead of 1 which came out great. I never have green chilis so I just use red pepper flakes and like it. Also, I've used chili beans or navy beans because that's what I had on hand, and while I like cannelini the best, it still came out great. Like others have said, it can come out a bit too soupy, so I've just let the broth simmer down or used less! Definitely a recipe we will use again and again!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2012
This was a great, simple recipe, and definitely one that will be a summer staple! Like others, I doubled the spice mixture, added 1/2 cup of chicken stock and a splash of tequilla at the end and it made a substantial sauce. I gave this 4/5 because next time I would make a few changes: decrease the salt by 1/2 and double the lime juice. Overall, great, healthy easy recipe that makes another chicken dinner not so boring!
