OH...MY...GOSH!!! This recipe is AMAZING!!! I had some over-ripe bananas that I didnt want to go to waste so I started to look up recipes with ingredients that I already had at home. I came across this recipe, but saw everybody's tweaks and changes to the recipe, so I started to worry that maybe I should use other ingredients suggested other than the posters original recipe. Well....I decided to just try it "as is" and let me tell you...THIS RECIPE NEEDS NO TWEAKING......AT ALL!!!! It is SO GOOD just the way it is. The bread is the moistest of any banana bread I have ever had and the topping just gives it added flavor. This recipe would be great without the topping too, so if you dont want the muffins any sweeter just cut out that step. Two big thumbs up and a recipe that is a definite keeper!!!
