This chicken tastes heavenly. Mine reached well over 165 degrees in just 30 minutes of baking.

This soup is VERY tasty. I used chicken sausage, extra carrots and added a few potatoes and it was great!

Chef John's Caramel Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2014
Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect, but before adding the jalapenos/onions/peanuts, it tasted exactly like chicken teriyaki from those Japanese places at the mall!

Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
This is AMAZING. There was a little too much black pepper for me so next time I'll cut it down. Love this!

If you blend this all together and add quite a bit of salt--great!

Spaghetti Squash I

Really tasty! Don't skimp on the feta cheese, and add a little salt and pepper to taste to finish it off.

Sweet and Sour Sauce II

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2012
This sauce is VERY good. It tastes a bit strange if you're sampling it while it's cooking, but once you put it on your stir-fry it's great! (I used pineapple juice instead of water, ketchup instead of tomato paste and a dash of soy sauce as per previous reviewers' suggestions)

Carrot Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
This recipe sounds great, but unless you add something to moisten it up a bit (such as soy sauce or peanut sauce) it's rather dry. The flavors are good, but it requires a lot of seasoning for the flavors to shine through. Adding soy and/or peanut sauce does make it great though!

Pasta Broccoli Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
This is tasty and VERY cheesy--next time I would decrease the amount of cheese sauce and/or add at least 25% more broccoli and pasta.
