Im a sensitive simple person who is willing to try to help others as much as i can .I love to cook for my family friends n parish .It makes me happy when i see a smile on there face.I love to learn how to make different varieties of recipes.Alot of the recipes i learn from my mother in-law who died about 2 1/2 years ago.Her recipes was done the old fashion way.

My favorite family cooking traditions
Soon as winter arrives I start getting all my ingredients for my tradional puerto rican cooking I make pastelles, coquito w rum, arroz con gandules ,pernil,dulce de coco, etc for xmas n especially for the 3 kings day in January
My cooking tragedies
When i just got married the 1st year was the worst year because i tryed to cook all the food my husband like that was different for me but being married i was nervous n i burnt some of my husband food Maybe it was LOVE lololol

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
I love this recipe In this recipe I used skim milk , I can't believe it butter light ,n velveeta 2% milk cheese n a small potatoe since i didnt have celery.in little pieces.I didn't use frozen broccoli I bought fresh broccoli cut it up in small pieces n u can use low sodium broth or make it ur self.Since I didn't have broth I had GOYA powdered chicken bouillon used 4 pkg n w 8 cups of water Just do what the direction tell u but I used lighter version ingredients.Oh I added a can of chicken breast to
