Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken
My Boyfriend loved this recipie, I thought it was so-so. We did use the Sweet Baby Rays brand Honey BBQ sauce as many reviews sugested, as well as crushed pineapple. I'm on the fence about this dish...maybe I will use less green pepper next time? Can't put my finger on what I'm not digging...

Dawn's Candied Walnuts
These turned out well I think...are they suppose to be a little grainey/gritty? I used a digital thermometer to make sure i brought the sugar mixture up to the right temp...I'd prolly make them again. My sister (whos a pastry chef lol) suggested lightly salting them as they cool. Wish I would have known that before hand!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was pretty good! My boyfriend realy loved it! We used Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo sauce, and it was pretty spicey (and we love spicey!) but it was alittle TOO spicey...ahhh wheres my burts bees!?!?! I think next time we will try it with Hooters Sauce which I know is available at Walmart so hopefully it wont be as intense. I pre-shredded the chicken at the 4 hr mark into cooking so that all the chicken was nice and coated and marinated not just the outter parts and let it cook anouther hr. It was perfectly juicy. Also, we did this on tortillas with lettuce and fresh blue cheese crumbles! DELISH!
