Creme Brulee French Toast

This was excellent! Made two batches and had company that loved it! There was none left and everyone raved about it. I did use Grand Marnier.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

This was delicious but I did change a few things. I cooked in olive oil rather than vegetable as it is better for you and I cut back by a half on the lemon. I find for me there is always too much lemon in recipes so maybe it's me.

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

These are the best cookies I have ever eaten. I have made them twice now and no only do I love them but my guests raved about them. I did use unsalted butter instead of shortening and they came out chewy and delicious. I also served them with a pumpkin dip which consists of half a can of pumpkin purée, 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, 4oz whipped cream cheese and 3/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the recipe!!!
