Creamy Mushroom Meatloaf
OMG!!! This was absolutely delicious and I'm not a fan of mushroom! This was my first time making meatloaf using another recipe from this site, and I wanted a sauce/gravy to go with it other than the usual ketchup mix and this was it! It's creamy and flavorful it really makes any meatloaf taste yummy! I doubled the sauce but other than that I followed the recipe.

Mango Pudding (Flan de Mango)
I made this last night put it in the refrigerator overnight and tasted it this morning and it was delicious!!! Being hispanic flan is something we have constantly for dessert. I loved the flavor! Mango brings such a refreshing taste to flan! The only change that I made was used 10oz of sweetened condensed milk only because I didn't have enough, and I also omitted the rum since I didn't have any but other than that I followed the recipe exactly and my family loved it! It's already being requested for a birthday on Monday!

Strawberry Muffins
Amazingly delicious!!! I made these as written the only changes I made was finely dice 9 strawberries and let them soak in 1 tbsp of sugar for 15 min while I prepared the rest. I used brown sugar instead of white, and used applesauce instead of the oil (tried to make these as healthy as possible) also added vanilla extract. They came out moist and full of strawberry flavor, these only lasted 2 days! I made two batches one as mini muffins, and regular sized muffins. I will be making again but going to make them with white whole wheat flour and maybe add some cinnamon and nutmeg for more flavor! I highly recommend these!
