Marinade for Chicken
Tasty! Didn't have a lemon, so added more red wine vinegar. Also added some honey for a bit of sweetness. Would definitely make this again, especially in a pinch as usually have all of these ingredients on hand.

Caesar Salad Supreme
Let me tell you how good this recipe is. My 11-year-old, who will only eat ranch dressing, asked that we rotate this in every other day. Now, that's saying something! Yes, it was a big hit at our table last night - loved by all. I didn't especially like waking up this morning as if I had been sucking on a clove of garlic all night, so I might try to halve the garlic next go around. Of course, it's the garlic that makes it so good, so I may have to rethink that! One item I didn't have on hand was anchovies, so I left that out. I'm sure they add some depth, but really, it's great without them too! I whirled all the ingredients in my Magic Bullet and then added a tiny bit of skim milk to thin it just a little. As another reviewer suggested, I put the lettuce in the bowl and then poured the dressing around the rim of the bowl. It tossed nicely, without clumping. A keeper, for my family!

Potato Chips
Like everyone else, I was totally surprised that the potatoes would crisp in the microwave. Took about 10 mins in my microwave. I didn't have parchment, so used wax paper and had trouble removing some of the potatoes from the paper. Will try parchment next time. Tasty, quick, easy and different! Thanks for sharing.
