Strawberry Pizza
After mixing the ing. for the crust it was not enough to cover a 12 inch pizza pan. I made it in a 8x12 pan. I couldn't believe 3 simple ingredients made such a delicious crust. Instead of the topping in the recipe, I melted chocolate chips and drizzled them on top of the strawberries. Nothing better than strawberries and chocolate!

Aussie Chicken
Easier to make than it seems. I followed the recipe exactly except I omitted the seasoning salt b/c I didn't have any. I also browned the chicken in the bacon grease. YUM! The only thing I might try differently next time is using a honey mustard instead of regular mustard or add a little sugar to the sauce. Tip: Flatten the chicken breasts with a rolling pin between two pieces of plastic wrap.

Applesauce Wheat Blueberry Muffins
This recipe needs a lot of help!! The version I made would get a 5 star rating but if I had to rate this recipe unaltered I would give it a 3. Here are the ingredients I used. 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup oil, 1 cup frozen red raspberries. I mixed the raspberries in with the dry ingredients to keep them from sticking together in the wet batter. These muffins are so moist and puffed up nicely. This recipe made 12 muffins.
