This is the only meatloaf recipe I use anymore. I use cracker crumbs instead of oatmeal and I chop up a small can of mushrooms too. I ususally make a triple batch and then freeze them 2 to a bag and freeze them. Perfect for my husband to grab a bag for lunch.
