Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket

This was so easy and quite good. I will make sure this one stays in my recipe box. I did cut the brown sugar down to 1/2 cup.

Sour Cream Raisin Pie I

Great recipe. I have also made it with a graham cracker crust which brings out it's cheese cake like taste. We don't eat much sugar at our house so I substitute splenda. Really taste great!

Gluten Free Banana Bread

Very yummy indeed. We used home ground rice flour and I did add a splash of vanilla after reading the reviews. I also replaced the sugar with half as much splenda as my husband can not have sugar. This came out very good. We made them into muffins and ate half of them before they cooled completely.

Baked Beans from Scratch

This is one of the best bean recipes I have ever made! We can't do sugar at our household so I use sugar free maple syrup and a brown sugar substatute. On my husband's request I also add cut up bacon. Now that we know we enjoy this I am up to 4x's the recipe. The bean keep well in the frig and the flavor just keeps soaking into them. I have also put the in quart bags and froze them with great results.

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Great ice-cream! We can't have sugar so I substituted 1/2cup splenda and used sugar free chocolate chips. Even our friends how can have sugar seemed to enjoy my variation. I made it in my kitchenaid ice-cream maker. Loving it. Go for it!
