Easy Meatloaf

Gingerbread

Great recipe with the addition of 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and substituting the water for milk. Exceptionally moist and the cream cheese frosting compliments it well.

I love this frosting recipe! I used it for gingerbread cake with awesome results! I followed some suggestions with reducing to 1 package of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of butter, 2 cups confectioners sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla. I don't think I will ever buy use store bought frosting again! Can't wait to try it with some cocoa in it!
