Easy Beef Stroganoff
I made this today for my husband & I and we both loved it! I added minced garlic to the onion/mushroom/butter mixture. I also added a little bit of Worsheshire Sauce to the ground beef. Then when it was all together I added some red wine to give it some depth & richness. Delicious! I added these extras because as I was taste testing each step of the way, it seemed a tad bland for our liking. These extras made it perfect for our tastes.

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Really important! I followed this recipe exactly except that I followed other reviewers comments to cook on low as they felt "high" had to be a mistake. Trust me when I say HIGH is correct. After 8.5 hours on low w/a 2.75 pound corned beef I thought certain it would be cooked. I tried a couple bites and it was so tough & chewy...awful! Come to find out, that's because it was severely undercooked. FOLLOW THE RECIPE AS IS otherwise you risk eating undercooked corned beef which is disgusting.

Kerri's Holiday Punch
Just like everyone has said, this punch is AWESOME! I used Sprite Zero to help save on the sugar content. It was delicious! We had 27 people, not all of which were drinking. We made servings for 40 and we ran out. A huge party hit, just wish I would have taken everyone's advice and made more!!
