Mushroom Pork Chops
I've done this for years too. My mother made it. It is slightly different and is an oven dish. Salt, pepper and garlic powder dust the chops, Dredge in flour, place in greased oven dish, Mix mushroom soup with a can of milk, add a can of sliced mushrooms, pour over...cover and bake. We eat ours with mashed potatoes. The soup, etc makes a gravy. I'm going to try it this way. The added onion sounds great!

Almond-Crusted Tilapia
Made it exactly like stated (which is rare for me....I'm a tinkerer) and it was soooooo exellent!

Tres Leches III
My cake was a little dense too. The milk didn't soak in well. It tended to go down the sides and under the cake. I probably did something wrong. I'll try it again as it did taste very good. Maybe use something bigger than a fork for hole poking would help. I substituted a can of dulce de leche by nestle for the plain sweetened condensed milk. It was great with that change. just a little different flavor for us dulce de leche lovers.
