It was good, but seemed a little dry to us. Next time I would add another can of Tomato Sauce. My husband said..."has a good flavor, but it's too dry. A good meal for us, but I wouldn't consider it for company". Thanks for sharing.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

This was Excellent!! I only marinated about 5 hours, but it was so good. I grilled 6 min on one side and 4 on the other. It was a definiate keeper!!!

Baked Spaghetti Corn

I doubled this recipe, and I thought it might be a little bland, so I made some changes. I added a Jalepeno, seeded and chopped, 1 Green pepper, 1 can Mushroom, chopped onion and a can of Rotel, oh I also used 16 oz. of Thin Spaghetti. I made it the night before, then baked it covered 45 minutes, and then uncovered 10 minutes. I'll make it again, but I think I'll make it spicier and also add Ground Beef, for a main dish.

These were excellent, I did add some Nutmeg and Cinnamon, but we got Rave Reviews from our Thanksgiving Dinner. And I will make them again!!

Green Bean and Portobello Mushroom Casserole

I felt it had just a little to much Garlic with the Mushroom Soup with Garlic, so the next time I make it I will just use 2 cloves of Garlic. But I will make it again!

Grilled Salmon with Habanero-Lime Butter

We loved this recipe, but it was spicy hot. I will make it definately make it again. However, it your guests don't like anything hot, I would suggest the Grilled Orange and Bourban Salmon which we also consider a 5 Star Recipe.

Angel Pudding

This was a real easy recipe, everybody liked it, but I think they liked it more than I did. I didn't like the cake to get soggy, but it was light and refreshing.

Frogmore Stew

We love this....Have made it for company several times, and everyone loves it. The presentation is fun, I tell everyone to wear their old clothes, something comfortable. We put all of the food out on newspapers, and use paper plates. Clean up is great, silverware and the pot

Barbeque Halibut Steaks

I made this as the recipe called for, except I turned every two minutes and basted with the sauce. I personally like the flavor of the sauce or marinade, and If I make it again, I would definately marinade it several hours.
