Lori's Spicy Chipotle Lasagna is by far one of the best recipes for lasagna I have ever made! The chipotle adds a nice smokiness to the sauce. The zuchinni soaks up the flavor of the sauce. It's really good in it. This is a good dish to make when you are trying to "sneak" some veggies in for extra nutrition. The cream cheese is a nice change from a ricotta or bechamel sauce and is a bit easier to make. My family and I loved this lasagna! My thanks to Lori!

This manicotti recipe is really worth trying! My husband and I liked it a lot. The only exception is I didn't make the white sauce though I'm sure it's good with it! I added a few lightly sauteed mushrooms over the top of the meat sauce instead and it was good. The spinach/meat sauce is light tasting and cheesy. I always have trouble filling manicotti so I put the filling in a plastic bag and cut a small hole in the tip of the corner and piped the filling into the manicotti. It seemed to be easier to fill that way. Overall, the recipe is exceptional and I will be making this one again!

This is so delicious and easy to make!! Just the right amount of each ingredient to make it creamy and mouthwatering. The raspberry sauce is wonderful over it and would be great for summer entertaining. Thanks to CindyAnn for sharing this special recipe and I will definitely be making this one again.

I'll be honest, the recipe itself sounds delicious but when I made it I wasn't impressed. (sorry) I didn't like the boiled egg in it and to me it was pretty much flavorless.

This is a great way to roast chicken! So moist and juicy. I did open parchment and broil slightly at the end of cooking so skin would turn golden and crisp up. Very good!

Very Rich and Creamy! Easy to make and delicious to eat! I added 1 garlic clove, crushed with butter and lightly sauteed till lightly browned. I like a garlicky tasting alfredo sauce. I bought prepared mushroom ravioli and added the alfredo sauce and it tasted like it was all homemade and delicious!
