Really good. I also added a little celery seed (seed, not salt). I found that 2 beers plus a little water was enough for 5 brats. I will make them this way from now on. Only having them on the grill for a short time helped me. I used to always burn them when I grilled them because I worried that they weren't done. I followed another reviewer's tip and returned them to the pan to keep warm, and it worked very well. Sometimes, with regional food, people assume we all know how to cook it as well as they do. I love simple and yummy recipes. Thanks!
