Easy Devonshire Cream

Too salty/cheesy tasting, and far too liquidy. A proper Devon cream should be thicker (like whipped butter), and slightly sweet.

Amish White Bread

This was my third try at bread. The first two recipes turned out lousy, and I thought I'd give it one more shot. This bread turned out perfectly. A fantastic, sweet, soft white bread. Absolutely amazing. I made one loaf as a 'cinnamon swirl', and the other was plain. It's so good that you don't need to put anything on it! I'm going to try to make one with less sugar, and toss some cheese into the center.

Fantastic recipe, you may want to increase the amount of liquid, just slightly, so you have somewhat of a 'gravy' with the filling. Absolutely delicious!

Mocha Ricotta Creme

Delicious! Tastes decadent, really good stuff. Note: Ricotta is a grainy cheese, and the consistency will remain as such. The overall taste of this is great, though!
